Cloverfield
Farm is a 300-acre family-owned farm located in the beautiful
Willamette Valley. The farm was designed by Dean Yeager,
M.D., a local family physician, as a way to provide healthy
food for his family. In the beginning, he believed that producing
food himself would ensure its nutritious content. After
considerable study, he came to the conclusion that animals
raised on pasture would provide much more nutritious food.
Dr. Yeager raises beef and chicken — both on a
100% organic, 100% grass-fed diet. He believes passionately
that this is the way God intended animals to be raised.
Meat, milk and eggs from Cloverfield Farm have
significantly higher nutritional content than products from
conventionally-raised animals. For example, meat from our
100% grass-fed animals offer the following health benefits:

Dr. Yeager has planted his fields with a combination
of grasses intended to fulfill all the nutritional needs
of his animals. These beautiful green pastures are irrigated
to keep them healthy and growing, and our cows are switched
to new pastures twice daily to ensure ideal quality and quantity
of food supply. Providing large pastures with a variety of
vegetation, kept fresh by pasture rotation, helps keep Dr.
Yeager’s animals healthy.
